The item must be returned by a reciepted delivery service at your cost, in pristine condition, unworn with its original packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation. Ring or bracelet alterations: Return postage must be sent with the ring size /bracelet length required.  The first alteration is free but any subsequent alteration will be charged for.
